Hi, I’m Kiana P. I’ve been in the nails industry since 2011 as a licensed cosmetologist. After working full-time for three years, I was able to attend the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee while working part-time at a nail salon. For me, going to college wasn’t just about earning a degree—it was about engaging in the learning process, improving my English skills, gaining more knowledge, and preparing for my future. Balancing work and school wasn’t easy, especially since English is my second language. To be honest, there were days when I had complete meltdowns over a poor grade or the frustration of not finishing a task perfectly. But I made it through with the support of my family and clients. In 2019, I was presented with an opportunity to become a part-owner of the nail salon where I worked. I took the leap, and it was an exciting first step into business ownership! Through managing the salon, improving communication skills, and strengthening customer relationships, I grew both professionally and personally—especially as I navigated the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. It was a tough time, but it made me a stronger person, and I’m proud of how far I’ve come. In 2022, I traveled to Houston for advanced skincare training, further expanding my expertise. I love helping my clients achieve healthy skin, beautiful nails, and, of course, a good laugh. Eventually, I took the next step and opened my own suite, where I continue to do what I love in a space that feels like home. Cancellation Policy

To ensure optimal service and availability for all our clients, we kindly request that you provide us with a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations. If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service price will be charged to your account. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in allowing us to efficiently manage our schedule and accommodate every client. We understand that sometimes plans change unexpectedly. However, not showing up for a scheduled appointment impacts our team and other clients. Therefore, if there is no prior notice given and you do not show up for your appointment, we will charge the full amount of the scheduled services to your account. We recommend that you contact us in advance if your plans change so we can reschedule accordingly and avoid unnecessary charges.
